Launch Plan Overview
Pillar V (Recruitment & Leadership) and Pillar IV (Content & Community). These pillars build the membership base and the always-on engagement channels everything else will run through.
Pillar I (Industry Access) and Pillar III (Campus Events) anchored by Stellar Week 2026 and GICCD Welcome Week. These pillars convert membership into experience.
Pillar II (Career Pathways) at full scale across all eight career lanes. This pillar is the deepest investment and benefits from a year of community-building underneath it.
Shaping the future of gospel music,
one student at a time.
